What are the Registration Fees?

Registration fees are $350 per paper up to 6 pages plus, $50 per page for each additional page.

When are Registration Fees Due?

Authors with accepted papers will be notified by Nov. 24, 2013 at which time registration fees are due.

Can I pay by Check?

Yes, the registration payment can be made through a check. Please see the detailed ‘Check Payment Instructions‘ on the Get Started page

When will I receive the book/DVD?

DVD’s of the conference will be mailed approximately 3-4 months after the conference. Books take longer – they are shipped directly from the publisher. This takes a minimum of six months.

What if I have a change of address?

Before the DVDs are mailed, authors are requested via e-mail to verify their addresses. Furthermore, authors can login to verify their addresses anytime.

How can I receive a copy of the participation letter?

How can I receive a copy of the acceptance letter?

Acceptance letters are posted to the authors accounts. Acceptance letters can be downloaded by logging into your author account.

How can I receive a copy of the invoice?

Invoices are posted to authors accounts. Invoices can be downloaded by logging into your author account.

How do I receive a copy of the receipt?

Receipts are posted to authors accounts. Receipts can be downloaded by logging into your author account.

How do I present my paper on line – visually?

Instructions to use the web conferencing tool are sent to registered authors 2 -3 weeks before the conference starts.

When will I present my paper?

You will be able to select your presentation time slot from the list of open slots through your author account after registration, 2 weeks before the conference starts.

Is there a schedule so I can hear and see other presentations that I am interested in?

Yes, the schedule is made available to all registered authors on the conference site 2 weeks before the conference starts.

How do I hear other presentations?

The conference tool provides an interface for registered authors.

Can I record it?

Yes, through the provided interface, accessible from registered author’s accounts. Audio recordings and the presentations are both provided with the DVD proceedings of the conference.

What are the system requirements?

The computer system requirements for attending the on-line conference will be posted to the conference website 2 weeks prior to the start of the conference.
